We take pride in sharing our music with our friends, families and fans. Here is what some of those people have said about 'Sisters'..
This is what our mum's friend Doris had to say about the CD:
You both must be very proud of your girls, tears were running down my face - so very touching!!!!!Doris
This is from a fellow that works with Hilary who is a wonderful guitar player and musician himself.
I have been listening to your CD, especially in the car where it seems the sound is always clearer and I can pay close attention. I know, I should still look up now and then. I love you guys! Now, yes it is true, we are firmly in Chickville here. These tunes are the like your basic aural chick flick.I like the way you guys harmonize together, not always in the most obvious way, you know, the Everly Bros or that Lennon/ McCartney stuck on thirds thing. Sometimes it's unison, sometimes harmony, sometimes an octave apart and of course each of you alone. That is all the possibilities, so that's great that you mix it up.Your voices are alike but yet distinct. When you are both singing, you sound unlike either of you alone. You guys would be a great duo. The music is very earthy, sincere and stylistically consistent with the lyrics, straightforward ideas plainly stated.I mean this in a good way. This is a wonderful thing about folk and country that frankly is beyond me. You guys are able to condense a delicate idea, a feeling, an experience, into a powerfully clear lyric... what am I trying to say? I guess that I sand and fill and worry and buff my lyrics until they are on the point of sounding contrived. It's a little OCD thing I'm working on for my retirement. You guys distill these subtle things more 'naturally' than I do, and your music sounds more natural and organic and ...relaxed, even when you are being passionate about something.Anyway, thank you for the gift of your music, and...well, see, at this point a lot of people would say like " you guys rock", but you don't actually rock on there. Thus I would say you guys FLOK.This a somewhat unofficial spelling of Folk, and I feel that you both actually are real folk. Great music.Joesph McQueen
Joan is a friend of ours who is a guitar player, mando player and talented singer:
I have my copy and it is on my IPod playlist so when I am running around the track and grunting in the gym, I am grooving to your tunes and loving it.

Eileen is not only a friend, but an amazing musician in her own right. Such an honor to have such great feedback from her:
I was just going to send this email to Hilary and Jen but wanted to spread the news about how wonderful the new cd is!!!!! It has been living in my cd player in the car since I got it this weekend. It is a really beautiful cd with great production, harmonies, instrumentation....and I DO love the photo! It is sweet having my pals "riding in the car" with me .
This review came in from an anonymous source but, interestingly, was sent from our mothers email address.
The Sisters CD is an absolute winner! My favourites are "Photograph" - which has a haunting quality in my opinion - I am sure we all wonder about "the road not taken"."Tea and Tequila" is another hot favourite - great rythm - great words! And who could resist "Back in the Doghouse again". Light-hearted and full of humour.I love all the songs and could also sing their praises, but that would go on too long - so I will settle for one more and pick "Crossings" - a sensitive and touching song. Great melody.I wish the Drummond Sisters continued success - both in their song-writing and in their relationship to each other.
We don't know for sure but we have our suspicions.
